Aero Medical Support

Rescue Team Helicopter

Specialized Aviation Medical Support

STRAGO delivers specialised aeromedical support tailored to the unique physiological stressors of aviation and medical evacuation. Our Flight Medics and AMET personnel are far more than medical escorts; they are dual-role specialists holding advanced certifications in Aviation Medicine alongside rigorous clinical credentials.

Capable of managing the full spectrum of patient care—from in-flight stabilisation of critical trauma to routine transfer supervision—our teams ensure operational continuity for UN missions, military support, and remote industrial sectors. Whether operating under night flying conditions or utilising Night Vision Goggles (NVG), STRAGO personnel act as the critical link between the point of injury and definitive care.

Flight Physicians

Critical Care. Anywhere. Our Flight Doctors are senior clinicians selected for their ability to bring the decision-making power of an Emergency Room to the aircraft cabin. They are the primary authority for complex clinical stabilisation in the air.

  • Clinical Profile: All physicians hold a first-level degree in Medicine with a minimum of 3 years’ continuous post-qualification experience.

  • Speciality Focus: We strictly deploy doctors with postgraduate training in Anaesthesia, Emergency Medicine, or Aero-Medicine (minimum 3 years in speciality), ensuring they can manage airways and hemodynamics without support.

  • Aviation Readiness: Trained in Aviation Medicine and fully operational under night flying conditions using Night Vision Goggles (NVG).

  • Certifications: Current ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) and ACLS certification.
