Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) has entered into a strategic partnership with global energy major Chevron to explore the country's offshore potential. During a signing ceremony, NOC Chairman Engineer Masoud Suleman announced the execution of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Chevron.
