Structures A&E is a landmark offshore development project in Libya, representing the first major gas initiative in the country since the early 2000s. This strategic partnership between Eni and the National Oil Corporation of Libya (NOC) is an $8 billion investment designed to bolster domestic energy supplies and secure gas exports to Europe.

• Production Capacity: Target output of 750 million standard cubic feet of gas per day.

• Timeline: Production is scheduled to commence in 2026.

• Infrastructure: Development of two offshore structures ("A" and "E") tied into the existing Mellitah Complex.
